Jacob Daugherty serves as the Director of Transform Northwest, where he is passionate about helping churches and organizations work together to advance the Gospel.

His journey to ministry began through God's transforming work in his own life. After experiencing deep personal brokenness, Jacob came to understand the saving grace of Jesus Christ in a life-changing way. Since then, God has faithfully restored, shaped, and prepared him for a life of service and leadership.

Professionally, Jacob has spent years leading businesses, building organizations, developing teams, and creating systems that help people connect with the resources they need. He brings experience in leadership, communication, strategic planning, technology, marketing, and relationship development, all of which now support the mission of Transform Northwest.

Jacob believes the Church is strongest when it works together. His desire is to build partnerships that help people encounter Jesus, grow in faith, and become active in healthy local churches. Whether serving behind the scenes or meeting with pastors and community leaders, Jacob's goal is simple: to see lives transformed by the Gospel and Christ glorified throughout the Northwest.

A native of SW Washington, Dr. David Slamp has served as a pastor, university professor, and missionary.

He has a Doctorate in Church Growth and Spiritual Formation and has authored two books on discipleship small groups and trained over 7,000 leaders of small groups in 17 countries.

Now president of Transform Northwest, Dave has a passion to lead people to the Lord in SW Washington, and thereby to make a difference in a spiritually troubled area. He desires to bring them into the church where they can connect, grow and become fully devoted followers of Jesus.

Dave is available to local churches that want to form/develop small groups, that want leadership trainng, or preaching.

He is married to Kathy and they have two grown children.
